Yoga on the Great Hall
Join us on our two Saturdays or new Thursday sessions of every month for hatha yoga. Hatha yoga teaches the fundamental yoga postures, breathing techniques and simple meditation techniques. This class will be moderately paced and alignment will be emphasized. The physical poses and breathing techniques bring the mind and body into harmony and union. Yoga releases stress and tension, loosens tight and tense muscles, promotes good posture and a healthy lifestyle, improves flexibility and muscle tone and increases concentration. If you have a yoga mat, blocks or straps feel free to bring them, but they are not required.
